In 2026, the New London Homeless Hospitality Center marks a powerful milestone: its 20th anniversary. What began two decades ago as a grassroots act of concern and solidarity has grown into a community-wide commitment to ensuring that homelessness in Southeastern Connecticut is met with compassion, dignity, and real solutions. This anniversary walk is both a commemoration of how far we have come and a call to action for the work that remains—bringing together neighbors, advocates, businesses, and partners to walk in support of housing stability, hope, and a future where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.
